Perhaps all fly on airplanes. Someone twice a year, on vacation, and someone several times a month, if the work is associated with frequent business trips. However, absolutely everyone faced discomfort during long flights. This is especially true of exotic and African countries.
The peculiarity of traveling to African countries is the need for vaccinations. Despite the fact that only a yellow fever vaccine is required, it is better to play it safe and be vaccinated against diphtheria, tetanus, hepatitis and malaria.
It takes at least thirty days to vaccinate so that the body can develop immunity. It is best to inquire about a specific country, and get vaccinated against common diseases there. Children and pregnant women are advised to generally refuse to fly to exotic countries, as this may be unsafe.
Of course, distant countries entail a long journey. For example, a flight to Uganda from Moscow will take about 12 hours. Many people do not tolerate long flights and sometimes after such a journey they cannot gather strength for a long time. Continue reading
